ABOUT THE PROJECT

W Residences is a AED 5 billion, three-tower branded residential development at Dubai Harbour, developed by Arada in partnership with Marriott International under the global W Hotels brand.

The project comprises 490 luxury branded residences across the three towers, connected by a landscaped podium that will house what the developer describes as the longest infinity pool in Dubai alongside a 40,000 sq ft fitness centre.

Arada awarded the AED 1.55 billion main construction contract to Engineering Contracting Company in February 2026, with enabling and piling works already underway through APCC Piling & Marine Contracting.

Arada itself, founded in 2017 and backed by Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi and Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed bin Talal Alsaud, has grown rapidly beyond its original Sharjah masterplan base — UAE sales rose 199% year on year in 2025 to AED 17.3 billion across 5,140 units, more than double the volume transacted in 2024.

W Residences represents the developer’s flagship entry into Dubai’s ultra-premium waterfront segment, alongside Armani Beach Residences on Palm Jumeirah.

Dubai Harbour itself sits between Palm Jumeirah and Bluewaters Island, developed by Shamal Holding as a 20 million sq ft maritime district anchored by the largest marina in the Middle East with over 1,100 berths and a major cruise terminal. Average sales prices in the district rose 55% between Q3 2021 and Q2 2024, among the strongest appreciation rates of any waterfront address in the UAE.
